7 pm Nightly Friday – Sunday
Drama
PG – 1hr 29min

The one and only (and BC local…) Pamela Anderson was nominated for a Golden Globe for her portrayal of a glamorous Las Vegas showgirl who struggles to find her place in the world after her show closes abruptly after a 30 year run.

Director Gia Coppola along with the superb performances by Anderson, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Dave Bautista, brings us a melancholic exploration of triumph, pain, and redemption.

Come enjoy this evocative and intimate film about resilience.

Fernanda Torres won the Golden Globe for best actress and is nominated for a 2024 Oscar for her powerful performance as a woman navigating the horrors of military rule in 1970’s Rio De Janero.

Director Walter Salles (On the Road, The Motorcycle Diaries) delivers a layered, heartfelt, and sentimental drama about violent and turbulent times and locates further meaning with the current state of the far-right-wave, oppressive government of Brazil.
